Job Title: File Tester & Photographer
Location: Remote, open to US residents only
Job Type: Contract, paid per project
Compensation: $20 per completed file (generally $250-$400/month), materials provided, permission to sell physical products using the provided files, free subscription to The SVG Society.
Job Description: Bela Collective is seeking a detail-oriented and design-savvy contractor to print laser-cut SVG files and deliver high-quality photographs of the finished products. This role plays a key part in helping Bela Collective and The SVG Society bring modern, minimal SVG designs to life—ensuring that files are functional, beautiful, and visually compelling to our community.
Each month, you’ll receive a set of 15+ SVG files to test and photograph. You will cut these files using your own CO2 laser machine (e.g., Glowforge, Thunder, etc.) and photograph them in a way that aligns with Bela Collective’s modern, clean aesthetic. Acrylic materials will either be provided or covered via a monthly stipend, and you’ll be required to use the official Bela Collective color palette in coordination with the design team.
Responsibilities:
Cut assigned SVG files using your own CO2 laser machine
Use Bela Collective’s brand color palette (materials provided or reimbursed)
Photograph finished products in natural light, capturing:
Two clean flat lays: one in vertical orientation and one in horizontal
One vertical video panning the flatlay
Upload final photo sets in organized folders to Google Drive or Dropbox
Communicate proactively with the design team regarding color selection, styling, or material questions
Offer feedback on file usability when needed for product improvement
Requirements:
Access to and experience with your own CO2 laser machine
Experience working with both wood and acrylic materials, including paint filling engravings
Strong product photography skills with a clean, consistent editing style
Ability to style and shoot in natural light
Eye for design and experience working within a brand aesthetic
Organized and responsive with reliable turnaround times
Familiarity with shared folders and file delivery systems (Google Drive or Dropbox)
Comfortable using (or learning) Bela Collective’s provided brand guidelines and creative direction

Job Description: The Community & Customer Experience Manager will be the heartbeat of Bela Collective’s customer relationships—both behind the scenes and in our community spaces. This person will oversee day-to-day customer service emails and manage engagement inside our SVG Society Facebook group. With a keen eye for detail and a deeply caring spirit, they’ll ensure that every member feels supported, seen, and celebrated.
This highly relational and operational role blends prompt, professional service with a warm, community-first approach. The ideal candidate thrives on making sure systems run smoothly, subscriptions are in order, and members feel encouraged and empowered every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Email + Subscription Management):
Respond to all customer inquiries with clarity, kindness, and promptness
Manage subscription questions, failed payments, and account updates
Troubleshoot member issues through platforms like Shopify, Cuttle, and Flodesk
Maintain a weekly check-in routine for failed payments and customer satisfaction
Identify patterns and suggest improvements to systems or support processes
Founder Reporting & Support—Provide one weekly report to the Founder with:
Subscription stats and customer trends
Failed payment updates and resolutions
Email themes and frequently asked questions
Community vibe and highlights, including screenshots of encouragement or wins
Notes on potentially harmful, challenging, or boundary-pushing customers to protect the Founder’s time and energy
Community Engagement (TSS Society Facebook Group):
Monitor daily posts, comments, and conversations inside the group
Respond to questions, celebrate wins, and help members feel supported and encouraged
Spot community needs or trends and communicate those to the team
Create a welcoming and inclusive tone across all interactions
Assist in planning surprise-and-delight moments, live chat support, or engagement threads
Flag and kindly redirect any conversations that don’t align with community values
Requirements:
